Craig's own experiences of domestic abuse services and resources for families led him to believe that there is a much-needed gap to be filled.

​

As a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience as a therapist and coach he created a Get Out Get Love (GOGL) as a self-help programme  to fill this gap.

​

He is passionate about helping people who have experienced abuse to find the insight and tools to escape abuse, to empower them to recover and to develop true self love.

​

Dr Cordet Smart
Director of Research

Cordet is a highly experienced Psychologist specialising in several areas including clinical psychology/ organisational research solutions.

​

She has extensive methodological expertise both qualitative and quantitative and is leading our various research projects, helping us ensure that GOGL in all its forms, is thoroughly evaluated and developed to be as effective as possible for survivors of abuse from every background.

​

Cordet holds a PhD in social psychology, a degree in nursing and has led extensive research and development projects.

Lisa Hartill
Senior Psychologist

 

Lisa is a Psychologist specialising in qualitative research and analysis. 

 

Having spent her early career as an educator, Lisa changed direction and studied Psychology at Plymouth University, gaining a 1st class Hons degree.

​

Lisa brings her knowledge and experience of working within a broad range of educational settings.

 

She has experience of working with a range of diverse groups, including adolescents, people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health needs.

Ellen Jenkins
Market Analyst

Ellen holds a BA(Hons) in Business Management, a CIM Diploma in Marketing and has over 20 years' experience implementing communication and marketing strategies across multiple sectors.  

 

She helps organisations understand, reach and engage with audiences through research, storytelling and creative graphics.  

 

More recently Ellen has been involved in the development of a patient held remote monitoring app and is an advocate for using technology innovatively to relieve pressure on the health system.

Kimberley Palmer 
Assistant Psychologist

Kimberly is a psychologist who has an interest in both research and therapy.

​

She recently graduated with a first-class honours degree in Psychology from the University of Hertfordshire.

​

She has experience of working with diverse groups, with a background in advocacy work for disadvantaged and under-represented communities.

​

Kimberly also has experience of working in the voluntary sector with adolescents with special educational needs.
