6 weeks of daily learning and/or exercises. Audio and reading material guides on self-compassion development and overcoming specific challenges. 7 x audio guided meditations, specifically designed for supporting self-compassion development after abusive relationships. Free access to our compassionate exercise generator, supporting future self-compassion practice. In total, over 250 exercises provided (embedded into the programme) and via our exercise idea generator. Full access for a year, use it as your go to development and rescue aid!
